Job Summary
You must be a current UK student to apply for this position. This position is located off-campus with a local Lexington employer and is not affiliated with UK.
Primary duties include working in the clinic setting to assist in rooming patient, working physician orders, ensuring patient flow with other ancillary staff, and assist physician's as needed during the clinic day. Once fully trained in our clinic area, may learn to scribe with a physician. We have been employing pre-med, nursing and PA students for several years. You will gain tremendous experience in infectious disease.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
CPR certification is required.
