Postdoctoral Researcher in Mechanical Engineering

Human - Robotic Swarm Interaction

The Human-Oriented Robotics and Control (HORC) Lab (http://www.udel.edu/horclab) at the University of Delaware invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher. The postdoctoral scholar will work with Professor Panos Artemiadis in the Mechanical Engineering department, in a cutting edge project on human - robotic swarm interaction.

Prospective applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science/engineering or other related disciplines. Strong research and publication background is required. Fluency in English speaking/writing is required. The initial term of appointment is for one year, with the possibility of renewal based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding.

The application must include: (1) a cover letter, (2) a curriculum vitae; (3) the names and addresses of three or more references, (4) a two-page statement of research interests, and (5) electronic copies of no more than three representative publications.
