Property Maintenance Position
We are seeking to hire a multi-skilled individual for full-time property maintenance who is passionate about animals, barn upkeep, horse knowledge, and gardening/horticulture at our unique, nonprofit therapy center. This position includes snow removal, lawn care, mending fences, basic repairs, and routine maintenance on the property and buildings. This is a great opportunity to mentor volunteers and assist our therapists as well. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required. It is preferred that the individual have 1 year of maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Benefits include a flexible spending account, paid time off, professional development assistance, and a retirement plan. This position is full-time/day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Benefits after 90 days of employment including retirement, daycare, medical assistance, paid holidays, and time off.
