Equine Specialist / Barn Operations
We are seeking to hire an individual who has experience in western, English, or dressage and a skilled background in showmanship, groundwork, and long lining. This position includes barn management, excellent people skills, and working with individuals of all diagnoses and disabilities. We are searching for a team player that will work with our therapists and patients. Our candidates must pass a skilled riding assessment. Ideally, our candidate will excel and be eligible for certification to PATH (Professional Association for Therapeutic Horsemanship) as a registered riding instructor. This certification can be paid for by Nature's Edge and pay increases with Path certification. This person will assist with gardening, animals, and office work. They must be organized, creative, and love to work with people and animals.
