Front Office Support Services

Gastroenterologists, PC is searching for a compassionate, friendly and welcoming individual to work closely with our patients, referral sources, and providers in a patient focused Team environment

Requirements:

• Previous medical office experience and working with an electronic health record or medical software preferred. 

Hours are:

• Monday – Thursday 7:30 am -5:00 pm and Fridays 8:00 am -12:00 pm.  

Some of the duties include: 

• Welcoming patients and visitors by providing courteous, caring and professional support
• Screening telephone calls and routing to Clinical team
• Schedule patient office visits
• Verify and enter demographic and insurance information
• Collect payment and reconcile daily receivable activity to prepare for daily deposits 
• Open and/or close the clinic
