Experienced Maintenance Technician

Seeking experienced maintenance technicians in Alexandria, Virginia for full apartment renovations. Position is full-time, weekdays. 

Duties primarily include converting commercial space to residential space to include plumbing, cabinetry, framing, demolition, wiring, and all finish work. Duties also include performing general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, tiling/grout work, framing, sign installation, litter removal, hauling, snow removal, lock and door repairs, inspections, leak detection, and general building maintenance tasks.

Looking for hard-working professionals with experience in maintenance and renovation.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: commensurate with experience.
