ABOUT YOU & YOUR NEW ROLE
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an extraordinary Talent Professional, seasoned or in the making, to join our Chandon HR team. You will want to lead and collaborate with us on our journey to be the most sophisticated, adventurous and inspirational recruiter in the Napa Valley.
You will: be energetic; very well organised; tech oriented; have a keen eye for detail; eager to be part of a wonderful winery community; and excited by the prospect of working with a team of diverse professionals across viticulture, winemaking, operations, hospitality and support functions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer Brand Custodian
- Develop recruitment advertising campaigns with design and copy to best represent the Chandon brand and capture the attention of our target candidates;
- Define and manage all recruitment channels and partners, both internal and external;
- Organize and/or attend university campus visits, career fairs and assessment centers
- Lead tactical and strategic employer branding initiatives;
- Be the creator and custodian of an extraordinary candidate experience;
- Be our D&I champion.
Business Partner & Process Owner
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans;
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fill open positions, anticipate hiring needs and define talent pipelines;
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure position description / success profiles are developed and updated for all advertised positions;
- Plan, conduct and coordinate best in class recruitment and selection processes (screening, interviews, assessments);
- Partner with hiring teams to develop efficient, effective and consistent interview and selection experiences and practices, including developing training, guides and tools to assist and enhance the process;
- Manage all aspects of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure maximum efficiency; ease of use and outputs;
- Partner with our compensation & benefits specialists to anticipate and agree candidate offers;
- Own and manage candidate to employee experience, including relocation, visas and all onboarding and induction processes;
- Define and implement new employee feedback and check-in processes;
Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Assist and lead employee retention and development initiatives;
- Assist and lead employee exit feedback;
- Use metrics to create dashboards and reports and identify opportunities improvement;
- Define one and three year Talent Acquisition development plans
- BSc/BA or Masters in business administration, human resources or relevant field
- Proven experience as talent acquisition professional;
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding;
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques;
- Proficient in the use of technology, social media and job boards;
- Willingness to understand the profiles, duties and competencies of different roles;
- High level understanding or potential to manage our Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases;
- Excellent communicator with a strong collaborative style;
- Administratively very strong and very well-organized; and
- Both hands-on and a strategic thinker.
